The room was spacious with good equipment. The staff seemed nice and accommodating. Food tasted great too I appreciated the easy parking plus the short walk to the town center.
Our room faced an office I could hear staff talking and moving things at night.

check-in went very easy. the evening meal tasted good and breakfast was also great. there were ample parking spaces. the room was very spacious. it was decorated tastefully. the location was great too.
the location is on a busy roundabout, so some traffic noise exist from early to late at night. this made the room a little noisy for me. the windows are single glazed.

the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all clean. The bed and pillows provided a comfortable sleep. Tea, coffee, water, and biscuits were restocked daily, i found. A ramp provides access to the bar and restaurant. The full English breakfast tasted delicious, I thought.
i did notice the service in the restaurant was slow at times. I did have to wait longer than expected for my meal. the quality of the food itself was very good.

the room was well-equipped, including usb ports and many plug sockets. the staff was very cute and made check-in and check-out simple. i appreciated the speed of service.
My room was located right next to an office. Staff moved in and out frequently, banging doors and talking loudly.

i noticed some dust on the mirrors and above the head, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning in those less visible areas.
